Hi, I am here to make up for the original article, "Creating a Circus on Blender", because I have received suggestions to clarify instructions in my new videos.
I made three surfaces, but the other two were copies. First, you want to add a cylinder and make sure that it is pointed to your 3D cursor. I have a habit of forgetting to turn the virtual shortcut thingy on because it is always left off by default. Second, you need to make sure that everything needs to have 4 verticles in each item at maximum; prioritize edit mode and occasionally use object mode. In addition, you need to press J (or F, if you prefer) by shifting top and bottom, and do the same to the left and right sides of a circle or square in vertice mode order to create a four-face layout. This part is very tricky, so make sure you watch my video before taking that risk! Make sure you move (by pressing G) and extrude (by pressing E). Use the ("I" for) intrude button sparingly.
Creating a whole new circus was very difficult without direct instructions from another video. I had to get rid of the front doors in the fourth circus. The reason why I added "skip to 3:18" next to the title was because I forgot to switch tabs while I had Streaming Mode and Recording Mode both turned on. With that said, watching the video provided by Magevo Studio and learning instructions by my teacher Gerardo both have made it easier for me to insert texts into my Blender projects. In object mode, I press Shift+A and go to Text, and go click on the green little "a" in order to edit my text, but if you go to Edit mode it is much better because you can actually edit your caption.
Here is the "short version" of my instructions:
I still need help on using Graph Editor as seen below especially in parts 4 and 5, as things started to get complex. I tried to make lights and fonts revolve around the emission for a graph, but only a cube on the ground was truly affected.
